We need to understand some fundamental detail to ensure the location is suitable for your chosen system, this will include information around the existing hardstanding, drainage and location. It may be possible to do this remotely, if not we will require a site visit.

From there we can guide you through the various options and advise which installation will give you the best results, based on what you're looking for.

We'll send you a quote for the work

We will provide a written quotation for the works based on your specification including, where possible, a 3D plan. 

If you're happy for us to move ahead ask for a deposit to secure your booking.

Please note on fully bespoke applications and for supply only we require full payment when your order is placed.

We'll agree a time to fit that suits

We will work with you to find a time that suits to commence works on your new balustrade, installations normally happen in two stages, with a pause in between for bespoke glass manufacturer.

We require access to power and water on site, as well as clear access for loading tools and materials. 

Completion of works

All work will be carried out to our high standard

We do not use subcontractors - all work is completed by our team, this allows us to ensure all work is carried out to the best standards.

We only use quality materials sourced from recognised authorities with the balustrade arena, ensuring a solid and safe installation. 

On completion of the work you will need to pay any remaining balance.

Our work is guaranteed and where applicable we will provide compliance test reports for your systems.
